Nueva Ley en Illinois Diseñada Contra Conductores Violando Límites de Velocidad

A partir del Primero de Enero 2011, conductores hallados culpables por manejar 40 mph o más sobre el límite de velocidad en Illinois, no calificaran para supervisión de corte, el cual es un proceso que tacha las violaciones del historial de conducir. La pena máxima por conducir 40 mph o más sobre el límite de velocidad es pasar máximo de un año encarcelado y una fianza de $2,500. La pena más severa por conducir al menos 30 mph sobre el límite de velocidad es seis meses de cárcel y una fianza de $500.00.
