Patrick Cuffaro joined the Zneimer & Zneimer P.C. paralegal staff on June 10th 2019. Patrick works in our Personal Injury Department and specializes in both pre-litigation and post-litigation case management. Patrick’s position at Zneimer & Zneimer entails all of the behind-the-scenes activity that enables a personal injury matter to progress. Including but not limited to; setting up consultations with potential clients, collecting medical records and bills, analyzing and managing case files, and drafting demand letters, motions, complaints and various other crucial legal documents. He is also involved in the issuing and answering of discovery, preparing depositions, conducting legal research, investigating incidents, and facilitating settlement. Patrick’s legal proficiency and knowledge stems from his educational history. Patrick graduated from the American Bar Association accredited Paralegal program at Florida International University, located in Miami, Florida. There he studied under former esteemed lawyers and judges who sharpened his knowledge and expertise the law, American legal system and paralegal ethical code. Patrick also has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Canada’s capital university, the prestigious Carleton University, located in Ottawa Ontario, majoring in Political science with a minor in Law. Patrick learned from former Members of the Canadian Parliament, former Canadian and International Diplomats and various other top intellectuals, who instilled a passion for law and the legal process. Perhaps the most important part of Patrick’s capability as a paralegal is that he is trustworthy, understanding and just an all-around nice person to talk to.
